Yes. An LLC can have up to 30 members and there is no minimum charter capital. A foreign corporate founder files a legalised or apostilled extract, or another document confirming its active status, issued no more than six months earlier. A document obtained from the foreign authority’s official website is also accepted; foreign-language documents require a notarised translation.1, 3
The rules allow digital registration with a qualified digital signature and filing through a representative with a power of attorney. A fully remote process depends on the documents and the applicant’s access to a qualifying signature; a bank account or work permit may still require a visit.3
The standard period is 3 working days. Financial institutions, and branches and representative offices of foreign and international organisations, take 5 working days. The period starts on the day after the application is received.3
Under the general regime: 10% profit tax, 12% VAT and 1–5% sales tax. The simplified system replaces them with a single tax of 0–8%, mostly on revenue. IT companies resident in the High Technology Park pay 1% of revenue instead of profit tax, VAT and sales tax.2
A regular LLC suits most trading and service businesses. The HTP covers permitted IT activities, while the CIP covers activities on the approved creative-industries list. Tamchy benefits apply only to SFIT members and activities within its territory. A partner can check eligibility and compare the regimes.2, 4, 6
